In 2004, she participated in the Miss Asia Pageant organized by ATV in Hong Kong. She won the championship in the China Regional Competition in September and then in the Hong Kong Final in October of the same year, she successfully won the championship with the identity of contestant number 15, becoming the champion of the 16th Miss Asia Pageant. The Miss Asia Pageant was once suspended for four years (2000 to 2003), and the year Lv Jingjing won happened to be the first year of the reinstatement of the Miss Asia Pageant; the reinstated Miss Asia Pageant competition expanded its recruitment scope beyond Hong Kong for the first time, establishing four major regions and adopting an elimination system, making Lv Jingjing the first contestant from the China Regional Competition to win the overall championship in the history of Miss Asia Pageant, which has a certain special significance.
After becoming a contracted artist of ATV, she belonged to Sun Vision and took part in the TV series "Yi Ben Tong Xin" with actors like Tao Dayu and Wen Zhaolun. She is currently in a relationship with ATV male artist Lin Weichen. In 2007, Lv Jingjing was invited by a Japanese company to participate in "The Beauty of Asia" project, serving as the Hong Kong representative of the company's products as the "Beauty Ambassador", responsible for specifically introducing Hong Kong's tourist attractions. In 2008, she participated in the 512 Entertainment Industry Love Action to raise funds for the victims of the Wenchuan earthquake and support reconstruction projects. In May 2009, Lv Jingjing left ATV and became a freelancer.
