Ning Chang, born on September 4, 1982 in Germany, is a Mandarin-speaking actress in film and television. In 2006, she gained recognition for her role in the fashion drama 'White Tower'. In 2008, she was nominated for the Best Supporting Actress award at the 44th Golden Horse Awards for the pseudo-documentary 'The Way We Are'. She won the Best Actress award at the 10th Taipei Film Festival. In 2013, she starred in the TV drama 'The Best of Times' as the female lead. In 2014, she starred in 'Just One Minute' playing the role of the fashion magazine editor Cai Wanzhen. On October 1st, the movie 'Young Detective Dee: Rise of the Sea Dragon' was released in mainland China.
