Eddie Li, a Hong Kong TV actor.
Originally named Li Gang, he graduated from the now-defunct TVB acting training class in 1975. In 1978, Li Gang joined RTV after TVB closed down. Although he briefly switched to TVB, in 1982, he returned to RTV (renamed as ATV the same year) and gained popularity, becoming one of the leading actors at ATV during that period, playing important roles in many major productions. In 1997, Li Gang switched back to TVB and has been active there since, now known as a seasoned actor.
His notable works include portraying Hu Zheng in the 1985 film "The Four Great Constables Return to the Rivers and Lakes," playing the role of guard Baozhu in the 1994 Taiwan and mainland China co-production drama "The Story of Emperor Qianlong," and his role as Commander Chen Jun in the 1996 ATV series "Vampire Expert II" alongside Lam Ching-ying, which made him well-known for his outstanding performance.
