In 2003, he faded from the film industry to prepare for a new album, releasing his debut album 'Under the City Walls' in 2004.
On July 4, 2007, in 'Shouting for You to Return,' Shao Bing portrayed a taxi driver who falls in love with a blind woman, departing from his previous heroic image. The character ultimately meets a tragic end in a car accident.
