After graduating from the Performance Department of the Shanghai Theatre Academy, Ning Li was assigned to the Shanghai People's Art Theatre. Besides performing in plays, he also appeared in numerous film and television works. In 1996, he studied film production at the University of Minnesota in the United States, and after returning to China, continued his acting career. He has participated in a series of excellent TV series such as 'Innocent Witness', 'Truth Behind Silence', 'Secrets in the Corner', 'Anti-Corruption Storm', 'Honor of Police', as well as movies like 'Love Myth' and 'The Wandering Earth 2', establishing a unique performing style.
